After years of following and being inspired by countless health food blogs, I’m finally entering the blog world!

This space is a place for me to share my passion for nutrition and wholesome, delicious food.

Whether you’re a health foodie, a foodie or trying to make some positive changes to your diet or lifestyle, there’s something for everyone here.

I’m a pescatarian (I eat fish, but not meat), so you’ll find plenty of vegetarian and fish-based recipes here…If you’re trying to incorporate more fish and plant-based meals into your diet, you’ve come to the right place! And for those of you who love your meat, I’ll be making sure to seek out some meat-based recipes from some fellow health foodies for you. 🙂
