Yep! It’s official. Last week I moved to Hong Kong to be with this guy. So much to take in – HK is buzzing and I still have to pinch myself that I’m here for a while.

Local food – Cucumber salad with garlic and secret sauce. Insane.

Mandatory dumpling shot – vego dumplings here. Super satisfying after a day full of exploring – you walk A LOT in HK and the streets are steep.

I chose this dish – cold sesame noodles which we demolished. Didn’t attempt the smoked egg but I’ll get there.

Iced matcha latte from Urban Bakery – so good. Lots of matcha in HK which I’m happy about 🙂

Round 1: Paleo Caesar salad (with a cashew ‘mayo’) / Pumpkin w chia seeds / Cucumber + radish / Quinoa + brown rice w pepitas and other good things

Round 2: Kale salad w avocado dressing + hemp seeds / Eggplant w sesame, cumin + coriander / Tofu, cucumber + radish / Yellow (!), orange + purple sweet potato w chia
