  1. Add all ingredients to a small pot on full heat.
  2. Cook for about 3 minutes - until the water is bubbling, the noodles (if using) have softened and the vegetables are lightly cooked through.

You can use any quick-cooking vegetables you'd like for this recipe. Some other veggies that would work well are snow peas, broccoli, bok choy and mushrooms.
