I love my morning coffee! This easy recipe is a healthier alternative to cafe-style iced coffees, which typically are loaded with syrup and ice cream. I'll admit I'm far from being a coffee snob; I make this with instant coffee, but you can use a shot of real coffee instead.

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp instant coffee OR 1 shot coffee
  • 1 heaped tsp cocoa powder OR cacao powder
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar OR raw sugar
  • 1/2 Cup milk You can use any milk, but I like this best with 'Coco Quench', a coconut/rice milk from most supermarkets/health food stores
  • 5 ice cubes

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour into a tall glass (or wine glass if you're feeling fancy) and enjoy!
