  1. For the crumble, add coconut oil to a mug and then add remaining ingredients, excluding the yoghurt and berries. Mix well and microwave on high for approx. 1 minute, 10 secs.
  2. Leave crumble to cool for a couple minutes and divide berries into two glasses/jars/wine glasses. Then top each with yoghurt, followed by the crumble, parfait-style. Enjoy!
