Ingredients
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/4 Cup almond meal
- 1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder I used SUNWARRIOR Vanilla Brown Rice Protein
- 1 tsp chia seeds I used the white ones
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- tiny pinch salt
- 1/4 Cup milk I used a coconut/rice milk blend
- 2/3 Cup berries fresh/frozen
- 1/2 Cup coconut yoghurt or Greek yoghurt if you do dairy

Instructions
- For the crumble, add coconut oil to a mug and then add remaining ingredients, excluding the yoghurt and berries. Mix well and microwave on high for approx. 1 minute, 10 secs.
- Leave crumble to cool for a couple minutes and divide berries into two glasses/jars/wine glasses. Then top each with yoghurt, followed by the crumble, parfait-style. Enjoy!
