In Hong Kong, we eat a lot 😀 (Trying to be) mostly healthy, sometimes not!

Legit local food – King prawn dumpling soup w rice noodles + greens w oyster sauce.

Yep that soup was less than 5 Aussie $! Love the simple menu.

Matcha at Hazel & Hershey in Central. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for Australian-quality coffee.

Imagine my excitement when I found their sister restaurant down the street! This place is dangerous.

Great to see some recycling initiatives in HK (there are no recycling bins in my apartment building and you only come across public recycling bins on every few blocks).

Thank you MANA Raw.

Coffee I love you, especially iced and w almond milk + cacao.

One of the best meals we’ve had in HK so far – Lucy’s in Stanley beach town. A must if you’re in the area.

Look what I found!

When you go to Lamma Island, you eat seafood! Super tasty salt + pepper prawns here.

And scallops with LOTS of garlic.

Lunch at home…tastes like home!

My first pho here at 1941 Vietnam Cuisine – going to be brave and try it with beef next time.

‘The Dark Night’ at Oddies (Wan Chai) – I’m not joking. Low fat 66% dark chocolate + plain gelato soft serve w a brownie + choc chip eggette. Butter crumbs, banana ice cream + passionfruit panna cotta hiding under there. Next time I’ll stick to the dark choc gelato straight-up – insane (I get why people love all the add-ons but this was a bit too much for us).

And that’s another WIAW from HK! More food finds to come…Anyone been to or live in HK? Would love to know your food/restaurant recommendations 😀
