I love my morning coffee! This easy recipe is a healthier alternative to cafe-style iced coffees, which typically are loaded with syrup and ice cream. I’ll admit I’m far from being a coffee snob; I make this with instant coffee, but you can use a shot of real coffee instead.
My go-to porridge recipe; Making it in the microwave means there’s time for porridge even on busier mornings. If you don’t like using a microwave, this can easily be made on the stove (See Notes).
