High Protein Berry Breakfast Crumble

Gluten free / Grain free / Dairy Free / Vegan / Low FODMAP / Fructose Free

I find it hard to get adequate protein in at breakfast, especially because I’m more of a sweet than savoury breakkie person…There’s the option of a protein shake, which is great for an on-the-go morning, but I prefer to chew my food.
This recipe was created with the intention of being a high protein mug cake, but the consistency turned out more like a crumble, which also happened to taste awesome from attempt #1 (Which never happens!) Make this on a slow Saturday morning, or on a weeknight so you can tote it in a jar to work.

The no. 1 request I get on instagram is a recipe for date-free bliss/protein balls…Challenge accepted and perfected! After three rounds of recipe testing, I just got this one down pat for you guys. Pretty chuffed with how these turned out 😀
